In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the application made by you

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the creation of a parking facility in the rear yard by the removal of part of the existing wall all as shown in the drawings received on 6th July 2004.

3. Vehicles must be parked within the new space such that the entire vehicle is off the lane so as to avoid blocking access to the lane for users of either motor vehicles.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
