## Schedule Of Conditions

Application Ref No: 04/01420/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. The detailing of the proposed building must match that of the building under construction; in particular, the windows must be set on reveals of the same depth and must have frames of the same section.

3. The Development hereby approved shall not be commenced until such time as the new water treatment works supplying the eastern supply area has been commissioned, or an adequate potable water supply is available to site, to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee, in consultation with the Isle of Man Water Authority.

4. This approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date-stamped 8th July 2004.

NOTE The Fire Service recommends consultation in relation to the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regs 1996.

NOTE The environment Health Inspectorate advises that the proposal must comply with the Housing (Flats) Regs 1982.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
