The site lies on the southern side of Rosedene Avenue - a cul de-sac to the west of Birch Hill Crescent. Proposed here is the erection of a porch on the front elevation. This is flat-roofed and of limited dimensions - 1.8m deep and 3.3 wide. Whilst this breaches the established building line, the extension is modest in size and ancillary to the main dwelling.
