### Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the positioning of a mobile classroom at Ramsey Grammar School in Ramsey.

The applicant has advised that the classroom is required to cope with increased pupil numbers until the extension of the school under the next capital scheme. At present there is no date for the extension of the school but the design work has started.

I consider that given the proposed position of the classroom there will be little impact from the development. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of two years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to drawing no.s RGS/100 and RGS/101 date stamped the 12th July 2004.

C 3. This approval is valid for a period of five years from the date of the positioning of the mobile classroom, after which date the mobile classroom must be removed unless there is by then in place planning approval for a further period.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 57/01 (Delegation of Functions to Director of Planning and Building Control).
