1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the removal of the existing window and its replacement with glazed doors and steps, all as shown in the drawings submitted on 21st July, 2004.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
