REASONS FOR REFUSAL

Application Ref No: 04/01563/B

1. The extension, by virtue of its height and size would have a dominating and overshadowing impact on the adjoining property to the north and as such, is not acceptable.

2. This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
