1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

3. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawing reference 2748/1 and 2748/2 both received on 27th July 2004.

4. All vertically proportioned windows must be fitted with timber framed sliding sashes.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
