Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site relates to Laurel Bank farm, Glen Helen. 2. It is accessed off No Stoney Road and No building cluster is quite prominent from this rural road. 3. PA 02/1850 was permitted on Appeal and gave approval to a new swimming pool. 4. Amendments are now prepared: a. The link extension would be widened and No open area removed. The link would have additional facilities, namely, sauna, shaver and gym + ham on the upper floor. The link would have a pitched roof and 2 additional dinners would be added to the rear. b. French doors on each electric replaced replaced by windows Signed Date Summary of objections/views German - ok old - - ok Recommendations Approve/Refuse Signed Date 13-8-04 The footprint of the pool will remain the same; the originally approved bar/shower room would be removed. It is also proposed to add a bedroom + games room above the pool; the height of the building would however remain the same.
