The property is on the south-western side of the Main Road, Glen Vine; the rear garden of which extends to the rear boundary of the dwellings in Glen Darragh Gardens.

An extension is proposed to the rear of the existing garage which is close to the boundary with 'Overdale'. The garage would extend into the rear garden by 6 metres and would be used for bike storage and as a tool store. It is judged that there would be minimal impact on the adjacent dwelling.
