1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of a garden shed/summer house as shown in the drawings submitted on 1st June, 2004 and as amended by the further drawings received on 11th August, 2004.

3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
