**Re: Applications for Planning Approval** At a meeting yesterday my Commissioners determined that they had no objections to the following numbered Planning Applications:

The Committee also have no objection to 04-1025 which is a re-submission of PA 03-944 but would however reiterate its original concerns in respect of parking.

Finally, the Commissioners request that any decision in respect of PA 04-1127 (heritage Homes surface water pipe at Ballagarey Estate) be deferred until the Commission has had time to consider the matter further.
