The site represents the curtilage of the co-op shop on the corner of New Road and the roadway leading to Christ Church alongside the railway station in the middle of Laxey.

Proposed here is the installation of a satellite dish at the rear of the building which is not generally seen by the public. The dish will be painted off white to match the walls of the building.
