1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the installation of an ATM cash machine as shown in the drawings RSS (04) 042 and LP (04) 042 both received on 21st June, 2004.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
