### Officer's Report

A conservatory is proposed on the rear elevation of Number 25 Slieau Whallian Park, St Johns.

There is only a small break between the side elevation and the boundary fence which separates it from Number 24 but it is intended to use obscure glazing on this side.

A new window on the side elevation in the bathroom is also proposed to replace the existing, which is to be blocked up.

All these changes are judged acceptable.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to drawing number 0078 and the location plan submitted on 21st June 2004.

C 3. The glass in the north eastern elevation (facing the boundary with Number 24) must have obscure glazing. The level of obscuration used on this elevation must be no less than Level 4 as detailed in the Pilkington's textured glass range or equivalent.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 57/01 (Delegation of Functions to Director of Planning and Building Control).
