1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing number 0078 and the location plan submitted on 21st June 2004.

3. The glass in the north eastern elevation (facing the boundary with Number 24) must have obscure glazing. The level of obscuration used on this elevation must be no less than Level 4 as detailed in the Pilkington's textured glass range or equivalent.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
