Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS

Application Ref No: 04/01243/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing numbers 61-01-02A, 61-01-05B, 61-01-06A, 61-01-07B and 61-01-01.

3. This approval relates to the demolition and rebuilding of the section of the barn built in 1831 only as shown on the submitted drawings.

4. The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.

NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.

5. All windows must be timber framed. These may be hardwood double glazed windows.

6. All doors must be timber framed.

7. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 1983 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external doors or windows shall be replaced (other than those expressly authorised by this permission).

8. The accommodation must be used for domestic purposes which are ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling Ballacurn Mooar. No approval is granted to the use of the building for commercial purposes or as a separate residential unit.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
