The property is an existing detached house located to the south of Onchan Pleasure Park's tennis courts and to the north, west and east of existing housing.

Proposed here is the conversion of an existing flat roofed annex to the side of the house to a bathroom and utility room. This results in external works which involve the removal of patio doors and installation of a door and window. This differs little from the existing appearance and has no adverse impact.
