### Officer's Report

It is proposed to change the use of Arbory Cottage and Arbory House, Glen Road, Colby to form two self-catering holiday units. The dwellings are semi-detached and stand in considerable grounds.

The use is considered to be acceptable, and in this instance, given the existing use of the properties and nature if the site, I do not consider it necessary to condition the use to tourist occupancy.
