SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS

Application Ref No: 04/01340/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of decking as shown in drawings reference AT 660.3 and the location plan both received on 29th June, 2004.

NOTE Whilst objections have been raised in respect of other works which have been carried out on the site, specifically culverting an existing stream and other related works, these do not form part of this application and as such will be addressed separately through appropriate enforcement action.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
