1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 30th June 2004.

NOTE The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in accordance with Manx Roads 2.

The applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highways. Telephone 686665.
