The application seeks approval for the erection of a dwelling and garage on a parcel of land on Grove Mount West in Ramsey.

Approval in principle for the development of the site was granted through the approval of PA03/01662/A. No site specific conditions were attached by this previous approval. The proposed dwelling is single storey with habitable living accommodation in the roofspace. No objections have been received to the application. I consider that the size and design of the proposed dwelling suitably fits onto the application site and recommend that the application be approved.
