Approval is sought to extend a recently constructed agricultural building at Upper Cordeman Farm, St Marks.

The building is visible within the landscape, however, given the size of the extension (3.7m) and the fact that this would be a 'lean-to' extension, therefore of lesser visual impact, the proposal is considered to be acceptable.
