Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site is not defined, but is no doubt intended to comprise the curvilage of the more southerly of the two plots approved at the front of "Highton" ("Plot 2"). 2. There is a full approval (04/2112) for a detached dwelling. 3. Now proposed are amendments thereto:- (a) amendments to the orangery and the gym; (b) accommodation within the roof-space of the garage; and (c) accommodation within the roof-space of the main house, including installation of roof- lights. 4. Innocuous and in-keeping. Summary of objections/views LA - no objection HA - defer Fire Service - smoke detectors MV/Mrs Walters of "Dream And" - concern re height and overlooking, particularly in winter. Recommendations Approve/Refuse 1. The objection from "Dream And" arises from the mis-annotation of the elevations ("east" in place of "west" and vice versa).
