In reference of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Isle of Man Local Government Board does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of

Ballaugh Holiday Cottages Ltd.

Conversion of barn to residents' bar, Ballaterson Beg Farm, Ballaugh

It was considered at a meeting held on the 29th June, 1984 subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications filed on the attached schedule.

#### Provisional Order 1982

### Effect of initial decisions

1. (1) An initial decision shall not have effect until the time for applying for a review of the decision has expired and, if such an application is duly made, until the review thereof, and any subsequent appeal in respect thereof, has been finally disposed of or until the relevant times for appeal have expired or the relevant appeal has been duly withdrawn.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 84/0596

The building shall not be used for any other purpose than that
applied in the plan or in the application without the consent
of the committee.

The development shall be completed within the period of TWELVE
months from the date of this approval WHICH SHALL CEASE TO
HAVE EFFECT IN DEFAULT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CONDITION except
in case the development is completed within that period.

The last foregoing condition the development having
been established shall be carried on to completion in a workmanlike
and continuous manner to the satisfaction of the Planning
and shall not be completed within the said period of TWELVE
months. It shall be further condition of this approval that the
planning or the submittal be submitted a new application for consideration by the
Department of the Committee of the uncompleted development.

The precautions must be taken including the provision
of the following parts in a position to be agreed with the Chief
Chief Engineer and an amended plan showing same must be submitted
as required by the Committee PRIOR to the commencement of any
provision.

The plan shall be used solely in connection with the
provision and the consideration of the
Planning and submittal.

The commencement of the matter of any description shall be exhibited at
the end of the plans without the PRIOR written permission of the
Department.

The plans must be designed to conform with the BSI Code
(102) 5810:1979) Access for the Disabled to Buildings.
