### Conditions Of Approval

(1) All trees to be retained must be protected, in accordance with BS 5837 (1991), by the erection of protective fencing prior to the commencement of building operations in relation to the sheltered housing complex.

#### Notes

1. It is recommended that there be consultation with the Fire Safety Dept. in relation to fire precautions.
2. All road construction details must be in accordance with Manx Roads 2.
3. An agreement under 54 of the Highways Act 1986 must be entered into between the developer and the DOT prior to any work commencing on site.
4. Full drainage details should be supplied to the Drainage Services Manager at Douglas Corporation.
