## Schedule Of Conditions

Application Ref No: 04/01080/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows as shown in the information, drawings and photographs received on 26th May, 2004. The gable windows may be a fixed window with a simple cross of glazing bars or a fixed window whose glazing bars replicate the glazing pattern of the existing window in the western elevation (ie. that pattern shown in the originally submitted plans).

NOTE It would appear that the arch-headed windows proposed by the applicant replicate the existing window in the western elevation which is older and more appropriate than that in the eastern elevation.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
