1. The site comprises the curtilage of a terraced house in Osborne Grove.
2. The site is within the Windsor Road Conservation Area.
3. The application proposes the installation of replacement windows -
- front
- PVC frames
- Sliding-sashes
- Arched heads
4. The existing windows are timber-framed sliding-sashes.

We have approved PVC-framed, sliding-sash windows in Number 3 Osborne Grove (02/02548(a) on Review), that decision was 1st August 2003, when there was full awareness of the pending Conservation Area status.
