In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the application made by you on behalf of: Mr & Mrs Curry

Which was considered on 20 August 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or

## Schedule Of Conditions

Application Ref No: 04/01099/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 28th May 2004 and 6th July 2004.

3. All plumbing stacks must be constructed internally.

4. All existing stonework must be retained as such and must not be rendered, painted or similarly treated.

5. The units hereby approved may be occupied by bona fide tourists only between the period of Easter and 31st October in any one year with no period of continuous occupancy to exceed 4 weeks.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
