In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr M Howard

which was considered on 3 September 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- any appeal has been completed.

Note 3: Rights of the appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.

Note 4:An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.

## Schedule Of Conditions

### Application Ref No: 04/00660/B On Review

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing no.s 2702 / 1 and 2702 / 2 date stamped the 1st April 2004.
3. The building hereby approved must only be used for storage and operational purposes associated to the leisure activity use of the adjacent land.
4. Outside of the hours of operation of any leisure activity event associated with the adjacent land there must be no external storage of items of equipment and vehicles on the site.
5. Prior to the commencement of development details of the Bio-disc Sewerage Treatment Unit must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.
6. Prior to the commencement of development a sample of the material of construction and colour must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.

NOTE The Planning Committee would like to take this opportunity to advise the applicant that the movement of earth on site, other than associated with the construction of the building hereby approved, may constitute an engineering operation requiring prior planning approval.

NOTE The Planning Committee would like to take this opportunity to advise the applicant that the building hereby approved must not, without prior planning approval, be used in any form as residential accommodation.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
