### Officer's Report

Proposed are alterations to an existing Dutch barn, which is alongside the highway between Ballaugh Village and the B9 turn off to Squeen. The roof would be altered to form a mono-pitched roof and the elevations built up with block work and box profile sheeting. It is not clearly visible from the road because of roadside screening. The works are considered acceptable.
