C 1 .
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2 .
This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 5th April 2004 and 19th April 2004.

C 3 .
The accommodation may be occupied by bona fide tourists only between 1st March and 1st October in any calendar year, with no period of occupancy extending beyond 4 weeks in duration.

C 4 .
Prior to the commencement of building works a sample of the roof tiles must be approved by the Planning Authority.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 57/01 (Delegation of Functions to Director of Planning and Building Control).
