## Schedule Of Conditions

### Application Ref No: 04/00824/B On Review

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the installation of
a) in the front of the building, PVC-framed sliding-sash windows, and
b) in the rear of the building, PVC-framed casement windows.
3. Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee details of the proposed windows; the front, sliding-sash windows must be of slim-line section to match the existing wooden windows.

This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
