C 1 .
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2 .
This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 27th April 2004.

C 3 .
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
N 4 .
The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2.
N 5 .
The applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highway. Telephone 686665.
