1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the removal of the three existing rooflights as indicated in the drawing reference 101 p 2 received on 5 th March, 2004 and the roofing over of the resulting aperture in slates to match those on the remainder of the roof.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
