1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of the conservatory including the removal of the existing fir tree as shown in the submitted photographs and drawings received on 15 th March, 2004.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
