### C 1.

This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.

### C 2.

This approval relates to the principle of a two storey extension to the property as shown in drawings A1-5 submitted on 17th March, 2004.

### C 3.

The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

### C 4.

There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

### N 4.

As there are no known surface water sewers in the area for the proposed development to discharge to, it is recommended that the surface water from the development be disposed of by alternative methods other than that stated by the applicant. If no other methods of surface water disposal can be found, the Planning Committee may refuse the subsequent application for extension. Full details of the method of disposal of the surface water must be included in the application for reserved matters or any subsequent application for extensions.
