## Officer's Report

The site lies towards the bottom end of Queen's Road between Governor's Road and Mountfield Road and accommodates a semi-detached cottage of traditional proportions.

Proposed here is the re-roofing of an existing rear outlet, providing it with a pitched slated roof of improved appearance.

The applicant should ensure that the extension is built entirely (including guttering) on his own property.
