1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the re-roofing of the outlet as shown in drawing reference PJ/1/04 received on 25th March, 2004.

NOTE The applicant must ensure that all development including guttering is carried out on, under or over land in his ownership and control.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
