Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

## Schedule Of Conditions

### Application Ref No: 04/00192/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. Prior to the commencement of building operations, there must be erected a barrier which will protect the boundary hedge from damage during construction works; should there be any such damage, this must be remedied by appropriate replanting once construction has finished.
3. The principal means of entry to, and the means of escape in the event of fire from the workshop must be suitable for use by unassisted wheelchair users.

NOTE It is unlikely that further extensions to Ballakermeen High School will be permitted until there is in place an approved master plan for the long-term development of the school.

NOTE It is recommended that the Fire Safety Department should be consulted regarding all aspects of fire safety.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
