The site lies mid way up Queen's Road on the eastern side. The property is a mid-terraced house with two storey outlet in a rear yard. Proposed is the conversion of the two rooms in the outlet to one by the removal of an internal wall. The only external change is the blocking up of a doorway which is unobjectionable.
