Maughold Commissioners had their meeting this evening and the following decisions were made:-.

03/1987B Dhoon School - shed - amended plans- approve
04/0093 The Carrick - 2 Storey glazed extension - approve
04/0142 Sea View - replacement detached dwelling- The Commissioners are concerned that it is deteramental to the character of the area - too large for the elevated site.
04/0176 Manrys, Glen Mona - Extensions- approve
04/0202 13 Cronk Cardle - Boundary Fence - approve
04/0253 15 Cronk Cardle - Vehicular Access in rear garden - approve
04/0277 1 Cardle Cottages - erect Double garage with flat above - object too large and obtrusive towards the rest of the property.
04/0282 Maughold Car Park - 2 Lights. (Retrospective)
04/0310 Lewalgue Lodge - underground car park and new access - The Commissioners wish to object to the new access out onto a very narrow road. One access is sufficient. Garage ok.
