1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing numbers 0383/PL01 Rev A, submitted and date stamped 12th January 2004 as part of this application.

3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

**NOTE** The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
