widening of driveway – 13 Clybane Rise, Braddan

I refer to our letter dated 6 February 2004 deferring the above planning application.

The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and
the following observations will be forwarded to the Planning Committee of the Department of
Local Government and the Environment as the response of the Director of Highways on
behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.

I can now confirm that the response of the Highways Division of the Department of Transport
is:

No adverse traffic impacts.
