# Conservation Discharge Report

## Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions

This is an application for Reserved Matters to discharge the Conditions relating to the previous planning application No. 04/00094/GB. Those conditions are 3, 4 and 5.

The Assistant Conservation Officer visited the site in July 2006 and viewed the sample window, the sample slate and the stone panel with a view to reporting on the discharging of Conditions 3, 4 and 5 of the approval. We have been in correspondence with the applicant and his agent regarding these details and now consider that there is sufficient evidence to discharge Conditions 3, 4 and 5 of the application 04/00094/GB.

The full sized window sample gave an accurate indication of the detailing of the glazing bars and framing etc. The slate sample was found to be satisfactory in terms of its colour, dimension and material and, with some amendment, the sample stone panel was found to be satisfactory.

Signed:

Stephen Moore Conservation Officer Date: 06th November 2006
