### Officer's Report

Eary Ween is farmed in association with Booilshuggel (place of the rye, I think it means), the former being a farm at the end of the East Baldwin Road the latter at the southern end. The farm holding extends to the north, south, west and east of the buildings which include a new barn (approved under 03 / 1329 ) and a house occupied separately from the farm.

Proposed here is the erection of a new barn, matching the new one on the north western side of the farm lane (which goes on to an abandoned farmhouse) and replaces a dilapidated shed. 3 m clear space is retained between the buildings and 6.4 m to a height of 3.6 m (under the height of the caves).

The need for the building relates to the operation of this agricultural holdings farmed by Mr. Caley and his family.
