Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited ☑ YES ☐ NO Approval in principle is sought to change the use of the level garage, Colby to residential. The site is zeroed as retail in the Arbay & Fast Ruslen local Plan & would be termed a "Windfall" site insofar as it was not foreseen at the time that the Plan was prepared that such a site would come forward for development. The site provides a local facility with a step, petrol station & worksite, haven of. There are no policies in the adopted plan with regard to retention of site facilities.
