In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Tangmere Ltd

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing number 0214/C301 Rev D received on the 18th February 2004.
3. This approval constitutes an amendment to that granted in respect of PA02/270, and is subject to Conditions (2), (3), and (4) of that approval; the Notes attached to that approval apply also to this.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
