In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

which was considered on 4 February 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a flagpole 6.1 m high so positioned as
(a) to avoid interference with existing trees;
and
(b) to be in general accordance with drawing number "Flagpole 1" which is date stamped 15th December 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
