1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the installation of wooden-framed, sliding-sash windows in the front of the house; such windows must match the existing windows as illustrated in the submitted photographs which are date stamped 11th November 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
