In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

which was considered on 16 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

## Schedule Of Conditions

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval is for a period of 4 years, expiring on the 31st of December 2007, after which date the mobile classroom must be removed from the site unless there is by then planning approval for a further period.
3. This approval relates to drawings numbered 8864 / 1 and 8864 / 2, and date stamped 18th November 2003.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department regarding fire precautions within the proposed mobile classroom.

NOTE The Disability Access Officer advises that the mobile classroom should be accessible in accordance with Part M Building Regulations (IOM Amendment 2000).

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
